Pregneo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Pregneo. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application.

• Personal Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and email address to create and secure your account.
• Health & Activity Data: You may actively provide data such as pregnancy details (due date, weight), baby details (name, birth date, gender), and daily logs (feeding, sleep, growth). This data is stored securely to provide the App's core tracking features.
• Media: Photos you upload to the Baby Gallery or Photo Journal.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including model and operating system, for analytics and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our App (e.g., calculating milestones, generating growth charts).
• Backup your data securely to the cloud (Firebase) so you can access it across devices.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our App's functionality.
• Communicate with you, either directly or through notifications, for updates and reminders.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Your Rights and Choices

You have full control over your data:

• Access & Update: You can edit your profile and entered data directly within the app.
• Export: Premium users can export their data as PDF reports.
• Delete Account: You can request full account deletion directly from the App Settings. This will permanently remove your personal data and media from our servers.

5. Advertising and Analytics

We use third-party services to help us support the App and provide a better experience:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMOb to show advertisements. Google may collect and use markers such as the Google Advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS) to serve personalized ads. You can opt-out of ad personalization in your device settings.
• Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, we will ask for your permission to track your activity across other apps and websites for advertising purposes.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience.
• Firebase Crashlytics: To collect crash reports and fix technical issues.

6. Children's Privacy

While our App allows parents to track information about their babies, the App itself is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
